Processing times and shipping

Our current turnaround time for processing orders is 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing delays, we will get in contact with you.

Generally, local orders within Australia can take up to two weeks to arrive, while international orders can take up to three weeks. At this time, international delivery times might be longer due to post-pandemic impacts on Australia Post. This has also affected shipping costs.

Our items are mailed via Australia Post. We are continuously on the look out for cheaper shipping options, so you can purchase your beautiful items without the expensive shipping costs. 

Returns and refunds 

• We will consider returns and refunds on faulty items with 7 days of purchase receipt. This excludes circumstances where the item was damaged during transit. 
• We do not offer change of mind returns/ refunds.
• We do not offer returns/refunds on our digital patterns.
